Edwin Alvarado-Mena
Government & Public Policy

I am a PhD Candidate in Government & Public Policy and a Master's Student in Data Science at the University of Arizona. Also, I am enrolled in the Computational Social Science Graduate Certificate. My research agenda includes causal inference, machine learning, natural language processing, and the governance of invasive species. I program primarily in R, but I am fluent in Python too. I am enthusiastic about exploring ways in which Data Science can contribute to academic productivity and integrity.
